1. How do I place an order?
Online- Add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart and check out when you've finished shopping. Follow the prompts to enter required billing and shipping information. Immediately after you submit your order, a list of items ordered, along with an order number, will pop up on your screen to print out as your order confirmation. The page is encrypted and secure.
Phone - Call Client Services at 408-962-1500 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST.
Email - Your emailed order can be sent directly to MEGSeSTORE@westminsterpromotions.com All emailed orders will be confirmed via phone and/or email reply confirming availability and expected delivery.
2. When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, following credit and inventory confirmation. An e-mail acknowledgment will follow showing your total purchase amount including packaging & handling and sales tax. If we happen to run out of an item you have ordered we will let you know when we expect that item.
3. How are items shipped?
All merchandise is shipped via the standard offerings of FedEx within the Continental US.
5. What about sales tax?
We are responsible for collecting appropriate sales tax on all items sold and delivered in California . The appropriate charges will be reflected on your e-mail confirmation.
6. Are there going to be any additional items offered?
Yes. We will add items whenever we find something that we think you would like. We are always looking for more cool stuff! Check back often! If you have suggestions, please e-mail or call us at (408) 962-1500 with your suggestions.
7. Why do you request an e-mail address?
We ask for your e-mail address in order to send you a confirmation notice and summary of your purchases. Your information will always remain confidential.
8. What is your privacy policy?
The personally identifiable information that we collect is used strictly to process your merchandise orders only. Your information will not be sold to other marketers. Personally identifiable information is stored on our secure Web server and is not publicly accessible. If you have registered to receive e-mail communications from us and later change your mind, you may contact us to have your name removed from our distribution lists.
9. Is it safe to order onine by credit card?
This web site uses secure socket layering, an encryption that provides completely safe transmission of all of your data. You can be assured that your information cannot be viewed while in transit. As a double security layer, we are notified of your order and must go to a password-protected, secure site in order to receive your personal information.
10. What is your return policy?
You have up to 15 days after the original product ship date to initiate your return. Your items must reach us within 21 days from that ship date. Items received after 21 days will not be accepted for return. When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount less handling fees and the original shipping charges. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition -- we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, we reserve the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. Due to shipping considerations, we are not able to accept returns on items shipped to APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience. You may return any product you buy except candy, gourmet foods, or any other potentially perishable item. Due to supplier issues, on occasion we may also prevent returns on other selected products. We note any such restrictions on the product detail page.
